Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a  damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 7 days of the date of purchase. Hey Baby Cosmetics always want our customers to be happy and delighted with our products. Although we don't accept refunds and exchanges, we do offer up to 3 free samples upon request.
